Foam Core Sandwich Panels

When weight savings are critical, strength is a requirement, and quick delivery a must, our foam core sandwich panels offer huge advantages over solid composite plates. They are constructed of thin composite laminates, also referred to as "skins," and a closed-cell rigid polymethacrylimide (PMI) core bonded between the two skins. Sandwich core composites offer higher strength-to-weight ratios than solid composite laminates alone.
