Pullbraided Carbon Fiber Tubes

This carbon fiber tube is a blend of pultrusion and the new, rarely-seen pullbraiding process. The tubing is made up of TORAYCA® T700 carbon fiber (or equivalent), and the braiding is targeted at the surface as well as in the core. The speed of the braiding machine and the pultrusion speed keep the braiding degree at +/-45 degrees and keep the fibers interlocked, which gives the pull braided tubing a high bend and twisting stiffness. Pullbraided tubes are great for aircraft frames, camera tripods, trusses, paddles, fishing rods, ski and trekking poles, and more.
